Natalie Davis is a licensed REALTOR® and the founder of the Evolution Group powered by Keller Williams in Colorado. With a desire to continue to improve the real estate industry, Natalie understands what it takes to serve as an industry leader while maintaining successful business practices.

With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ®, and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2020, she will serve as the Chair of the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS ® (SMDRA) Diversity Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Member Communications Committee. In 2021, she served as the chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS Diversity and Inclusion Committee. And in 2022, she is serving as the Member Services Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS and the Chair-Elect for the Colorado Association of REALTORS.

Her dedication to the progression of the industry has received recognition by receipt of the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of various Ninja Installations and the 2015 Colorado REALTOR ® Association Leadership Academy.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. Having the philosophy of being a lifelong learner, she also received the National Association of REALTORS ® designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist equipping her with the additional tools needed to help in fulfilling the needs of mature adults in the community. She also holds the At Home with Diversity ® designation and is a Certified Negotiations Expert and is also a proud member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers - Denver Chapter and the Women's Council of REALTORS® Mile High Network.

Natalie continues to educate others within the industry by teaching the National Association of REALTORS At Home with Diversity course, association, and office strategic planning facilitation and is a Certified Ninja Coach with Ninja Selling. She has spoken nationally on various platforms and has led individuals and organizations through goal setting, business planning, and organizational development.

In her spare time, Natalie loves diving into a great personal or business development book, traveling, and playing cards or board games with her family.
